a) Quality Policy, objectives and the scope of the QMS.
b) Documented Procedures and processes for managing our operations and activities are established in the QMS.
c) Brief description of the interaction between the procedures of the QMS.
Project Quality Statement
In an effort to be in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, and our corporate Policy statement on quality, Tricom Networks management is committed to adopt the Quality requirements during the execution of all phases of the Project executed by Tricom Networks
The aim of the Quality Management Systems is to ensure that all contractual and specification requirements are met for the project executed by Tricom Networks and to achieve a reliable system of management concerning all activities.
The Quality Management Systems is applicable to the projects executed by Tricom Networks including design, development, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning training and servicing.
Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control department is independent from the other departments of the company and is headed by the QA/QC Manager. Furthermore, the QA/QC Manager reports directly to the General Manager of the company.
It is our believe that the achievement of the Quality requirements is the responsibility of all personnel involved in the project execution not solely that of QA/QC personnel.
The Management has recently launched the ISO Certification Program. The QA/QC Manager has the full authority and support of the project management to implement the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and other specific project quality plan and procedures.
