Project Quality Statement

In compliance with ISO 9001:2008, and our corporate Policy statement on quality, Tricom Networks management is committed to adopt the Quality requirements during the execution of all phases of the Project executed by Tricom Networks

The aim of the Quality Management Systems is to ensure that all contractual and specification requirements are met for the project executed by Tricom Networks and to achieve a reliable system of management concerning all activities.

The Quality Management Systems is applicable to the projects executed by Tricom Networks including design, development, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning training and servicing.

Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control department is independent from the other departments of the company and is headed by the QA/QC Manager. Furthermore, the QA/QC Manager reports directly to the General Manager of the company.

It is our believe that the achievement of the Quality requirements is the responsibility of all personnel involved in the project execution not solely that of QA/QC personnel.

The Management has recently launched the ISO Certification Program. The QA/QC Manager has the full authority and support of the project management to implement the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and other specific project quality plan and procedures.

Quality System Procedures

The Quality System Procedures are a compilation of interrelated and interacting procedures written to reflect the management system that we currently use. The corporate quality manual is applicable to all business units. Furthermore, the procedures are drawn out for use in developing the business unit quality plans.

Quality Plan: In addition to QMS, Tricom Networks develops quality plans specific for each project as per ISO 10005 (Quality Management: Guidelines for quality and/or environment management systems auditing) is carried out to ensure implementation of project plan.

Project quality plans, work instructions and inspection and test plans spell out the requirements of the project and lays down which company procedures are to be used to program and control the works of the project.

QA/QC Personnel

The main function of QA/QC personnel is to monitor installation activities, perform inspection and testing, and ensure that products and services meet specified requirements. QA/QC personnel will take adequate measures to ensure implementation of Project Quality Plan. QA/QC personnel are not directly responsible for execution of work and they report to the Corporate QA Manager at the head office. Tricom Networks shall determine the level of experience and training necessary to ensure the capability of personnel to identify quality factors affecting the project or processes on a planned and timely basis. Special training is given to construction personnel in all matters related to Project Quality Plans.
